MINDFUL MOVEMENT CLUB
The Mindful Movement Club is an online intermediate-level group following a monthly schedule featuring all Tidal Moves programs.
We meet in live online classes twice a week: on Mondays, we rotate through Pilates, bodyART, and Fascia Training, while Thursdays are dedicated to HIIT.
You’ll also get class recordings for a limited time after each session, giving you the freedom to revisit classes and deepen your practice at your own pace.
As a Club member, you’ll have access to a closed Facebook group where I regularly provide help and support you in every step of the way. It’s a space to ask questions, share your progress, and connect with other like-minded members.
