That’s a great question, and I’m so glad you asked it.

I am a movement teacher with 11+ years of experience and around 16000 classes taught.

I’ve worked with so many different people - from complete beginners and people recovering from injuries, to pregnant women, advanced students and even other instructors. You could say I’ve seen it all.

And now, through Tidal Moves, I am here to help you.

To rewind back to 2010 - Pilates basically saved me after a serious back injury. What started as a way to recover became my passion and led me to teaching.

Over time I got introduced to other amazing movement methods as well (like bodyART and Fascia training).

As I was expanding my knowledge, I realized that these methods fit together perfectly - like a puzzle. That’s why I teach 4 different programs today, combining them to help my students get the best results.

Besides that, my background in psychology (my university major) shaped my teaching approach. I’m passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and helping my students become more aware, present, and intentional in their practice.

I believe that if you love exercise and want to keep improving, you need to train your body in different ways—and learn how to bring your mind into every movement.

Tidal Moves exists to give you just that – a whole fitness practice.

Helping people completely transform how they move - from ‘This is impossible’ to ‘Oh yeah, I totally got this’ - is my passion and my purpose. And I consider it a priviledge to be trusted with something so valuable as your body.
